submitted by Alexandria A. - |Recommended: YesA good apartment in a good area — Honestly, overall I love this apartment The staff has been amazing, responsive, and are super friendly. Pro's Located right at Admiral Junction with just about everything you need within walking distance. The apartments are a good price for the size you get. Some even have extra large balconies. Very pet friendly. The staff is amazing and engaging. Secure entrances. The walls are very well insulated so it's mostly quiet. The maintenance crew is always on top of things if something breaks. The property itself is a bit older but well maintained. Con's While the walls are well insulated, the floors ceilings are not. It is very easy to hear what your neighbor above you is doing which can lead to tension. There is also a lot of ambient noise from the businesses next door. Some apartments are all beige...carpet...paint...all matching beige. For me, it is on the wrong side of neutral but I think they are updating this as they go. The dumpster is right outside the back door and sometimes blocks it. I wish it were anywhere else because the smell that greets you when you leave is definitely something. Overall, the con's are minor and can be worked with. Great place for the price and its nice to have a dedicated and caring leasing staff.

While various management teams have come and gone our current team- Shawn Brian are great , Dallas has always been there for us He and Jordan take great care of our community and always respond in a timely fashion.
