Terrace View – Located near First Hill and Pioneer Square, Terrace View is a 15 minute walk to downtown Seattle. Heading south you’ll find the international district, along with Safeco and Century Link Fields, all within walking distance. Surrounded by dining, entertainment, and parks – Terrace View offers something for everyone. Seattle University, and public schooling for all ages, are all nearby this unique location.
Union View – The rooftop view of Lake Union offers a great setting to enjoy a quiet dinner or entertain friends for the 4th of July fireworks show. You’ll be located a 5 minute walk from the heart of South Lake Union, where you can find some of the best restaurants, bars, shopping, and entertainment options Seattle has to offer. Queen Anne, Lower Queen Anne, and Belltown are also a short distance and offer their own unique experiences.
North Admiral – Located in beautiful West Seattle, North Admiral is the most tranquil of our locations. The West Seattle Bridge leaves you a short distance from downtown, with amazing views in every direction. Just down the hill to the west is Alki Beach where you can find waterfront dining and Alki Beach Park. West Seattle Golf Course is only minutes away, along with several public parks and lookouts. The Avanti – The Avanti, located between Capitol Hill and downtown, is just a few blocks from the heart of the city. The Pacific Place Mall offers shopping and entertainment, and the surrounding blocks are filled with endless restaurants and night life options. Easy access to I-5, I-405, and I-90, along with nearby bus stops and access to the light rail make this an outstanding location for commuters.
